Ryan Electronics Corporation (Gardner, MA) has announced the sale of substantially all assets to Ryan Electronics Corp. (Bristol, CT), an acquisition company formed by the management of Multi/Cable Corp (Bristol, CT). The companies are completely autonomous & each plan to continue operating as usual.
Ryan Electronics is a stocking distributor of a broad array of wire, cable, tubing, sleeving & accessories. In addition to traditional value added services such as dyeing, striping, etching, and twisting of material, the company also provides assemblies, kitting, coding, and termination. Ryan Electronics is active in JIT & SMI programs serving military, aerospace & commercial marketplaces.
Multi/Cable Corp. is a leading manufacturer of custom multi conductor cable. For over 30 years, the company has specialized in small production volumes of high quality electronic, instrumention, control, & thermocouple cables at a competitive price and with quick turnarounds.
Under common ownership, both companies will be able to offer new & improved products and value added services to their combined customer base. Both companies have great experience in the design & delivery of sophisticated, problem solving solutions for critical wire & cable applications.
