I don’t have specifications for the cable I need. Can I send you a sample?
Yes, Multi/Cable can reverse engineer most cables. We are also available to assist you in a consulting capacity if you are unsure of what product is necessary for your application. Contact us ›
What kind of quality program do you have in place?
In order for us to assure our customers of a quality cable, many components must be inspected and several tests run. All raw materials are inspected upon arrival. The first step of every process is inspection. Before shipping, our Quality Assurance department does a final check for proper electrical and cosmetic properties as well as adherence to customer specifications.
Does Multi/Cable sell directly to OEMS?
YES! We are proud to have supplied wire and cable directly to many large and small OEMS. Satisfied clients include Pratt & Whitney, ABB Combustion, Progress Energy, and more.
What about distributors?
Multi/Cable is proud to supply most leading wire and cable distributors, including Anixter, Houston, Industrial Electric, RWS and many more.
Why should I buy a cable instead of running wires individually?
Many electrical contractors, corporate engineers, system integrators and construction management firms prefer custom designed cables with all of the necessary conductors under a single jacket for several reasons including: less labor expense, reducing expensive on-site errors, eliminating pulling damage, cutting estimating guess work, and speeding up installations.
Why else should I consider Multi/Cable?
Our product offering is broad enough that we can help consolidate your approved vendor list. Our stocking program allows customers to not only limit their inventory, but also reduce product to market cycle time and reap volume discounts that otherwise wouldn't be possible.
Is Multi/Cable e-business enabled?
Of course! Customers can use our online cable configurator to design their own cables and submit an RFQ for price and delivery. In addition, once your account is set up, you can log in to our site to see what you have ordered in the past, track shipments, request electronic invoices, or check an order status.
